If you are having operational issues with your flashlight - please follow the proper warranty procedure as stated below - do not attempt to return your flashlight to us without prior authorization:
Step 1 - Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a warranty/repair authorization form. You must indicate Model of flashlight and malfunctioning problem Technician will email you back promptly with a response.
or Call (919) 239-4470 between the hours of 9:00AM - 4:00PM (EST) Monday - Friday. Ask for the warranty/repair department to have our technician complete a brief telephone diagnosis; please have your flashlight in hand with fresh batteries
Step 2 - Technician will determine proper action to take based on their diagnosis. If flashlight needs to be sent in, customer assumes responsibility for cost of shipment to us. We will pay for return shipping back to you. (Please note, if flashlight is deemed completely operational to factory specifications and problem is solely due to malfunctioning, low or dead battery, Powertac reserves the right to charge a $10 fee for return shipping).
